VerifiedA seed breaks open in darkness before it rises into light. The Qur'an repeatedly directs the heart to signs in creation so the believer learns to see growth, mercy, and resurrection woven into the world.
This reminder teaches that difficulty is not the end of the story. Ease may not appear instantly, but Allah pairs hardship with openings, relief, and unseen support.
Pause and name one burden you are carrying, then ask Allah for one specific ease in that area before you move to your next task.
رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ
Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanah, wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanah, wa qinā ‘adhāban-nār.
“Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
Qur’an 2:201
